folders path were incorrect, again it makes easier to collaborate if you work on the same folder structure as in the shared folder.

PTFTW_metrics were not loaded in the script so I added this code

generate_table2 function is not in the Function folder and it needs to be added before is called in the script

results should be saved in the ../../Data_processing/6_generate_tables/DATE/ as in the shared folder
