metrics generated in script 4 are not saved

@slgora most of the metrics generated in script 4 are not saved. i.e. metrics 1 to 9, 11 to 16, 18, 21, 22.

we need to save them if then we want to use them in script 6. Can you add the code?

save them in folder ../../Data_processing/4_Estimate_metrics/DATE
