drop duplicates from GLIS dataset

@slgora @ColinKhory it turns out that there are duplicates in the GLIS dataset , we have to drop them and re-run the analysis again, but I am still looking at the dataset and I don't understand the large difference between our dataset after dropping the duplicates and what is currently on GLIS online.
