Removed the use of filter "pick" list, selected filters are obtained
from the keyset of filterJson
filterJson may contain empty filters {"crop":[]}
Only filters in filterJson are rendered in JSP, other filters are AJAX'd
using /additional-filter  (+1 squashed commit)
