MVC: view accession by UUID

Add path /acn/{UUID:\\w{8}\\-\\w{4}.+} to the MVC AccessionController that will load the accession by UUID and redirect to either the DOI handler (if it has DOI) or to /acn/id/... if there's no DOI.

When the record does not exist, throw the usual 404.
