Add AEGIS status

Update Accession entity with new boolean aegis property. It must default to false.

Ensure the uploader API recognizes the new { ... "aegis": true, ... } flag when updating accession passport data.

Ensure accession filtering supports the new flag when querying by null | true | false.

Accession overviews API must return numbers for "aegis" for the frontend.
