Admin MVC to API

Genesys has multiple admin controllers that are MVC only (except AdminController with some functions). Please add REST API controllers that will allow to interact with Genesys internals using JSON APIs.

Controllers in org.genesys2.server.mvc.admin need conversion to JSON API and should be in org.genesys2.server.api.admin.v1.
