Language support for CMS

We developed support for translating entities in !845. In this ticket we upgrade the CMS modules Article, ActivityPost and MenuItem with language support and API v2 controllers.

Article already supports lang attribute and care will need to be taken to convert non-en articles.

UI

Conversion from API v1 to v2 is required. Edit forms need to be extended for translation support for these entities.
