Orthographic accents such as é or ç or ặ

When using the field "Text search", results are different if you put an orthographic accent on the word. It would be better if the search ignored the accents.

Just as an example, if I search for douradão, only accessions from Brazil will appear. If I search for douradao, only accessions from other countries will appear.

However when I filter passport data by accession number, for example by CMAMU 9 2015 Dièma , I get the result CMAMU 9 2015 Diéma so é and è seem to be read as the same. But when I want to update the details of this accession number CMAMU 9 2015 Dièma, the upload is not working even though it's the same genus without doi, and same accession number ( except for the differnce in é and è).
