Editing Partner records

@crabil reports that Data Provider > Edit causes an error message:

A bug caused this rapid unscheduled disassembly of Genesys. Please refresh the page and retry your action. If that does not help, please contact Genesys support and let them know about the problem. Error: API request was cancelled

After closing the error box, I land on the data provider editing page, for example AfricaRice, and notice there is no indicated WIEWS code (should be CIV033). But this code is shown on the data provider landing page already. When I added the code and refreshed the edit page, it was gone.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
