Loadable with SSR

Because of fact that we now have nesting:

<Loadable>
  <SomeComponentWithNeeds/>...

fetchComponentData cannot get needs of SomeComponent..., and no ssr api calls happen.

Static needs property allowed us access to the list of API calls to make from prerenderer.ts. Now the component type information is no longer available (it is wrapped in the <Loadable).
