Home page is scrolled down.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "https://sandbox.genesys-pgr.org/", make sure the page is at the top.
2. Click "Explore all accessions" in "Explore" dropdown.
3. Scroll page down.
4. Click "Home" item on the header.

Expected result: Home page is opened and scrolled to the top.

Actual result: Home page is scrolled to the botoom.
