Filter`s window changes size if user hide filters.

Steps:

  1. Go to "https://sandbox.genesys-pgr.org/a/map"
  2. Click on the "Filter accessions" button.
  3. Hide all filters.

Actual result: Filter`s screen is minimizedfilter_s_window_is_minimize_on_the_map_tap
