"Sort by" filters doesn`t sort content if user user "Full-text query" filter

Steps:

  1. Go to "https://sandbox.genesys-pgr.org/datasets?s=id".
  2. Type to "Full-text query" filter text "Characterization".
  3. Apply "Accession count (low to high)" from "Sort by" drop down.

Expected result: Filtered content should be sorted by accession count from low to high

Actual result: Search results stay sorted by default.

It`s work for all page where we have "Sort by" filter.
