Fields on "Subset create" form is shifted.

Steps:

  1. Go to "https://sandbox.genesys-pgr.org/dashboard/subsets" as admin.
  2. Click "Create" button.

Expected result: image Actual result: image

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
