Climate filter UI bugs;

Label is`n highlighted to red if user enter not valid value in "*(max)" filed;

Steps:

  1. Go to "https://sandbox.genesys-pgr.org/a/overview/"
  2. Scroll to "Climate" filters;
  3. Enter to "Annual mean temperature [°C]" filter to "At most (max)" filed value "test";

Expected result: Label should be highlighted to red color (the same behavior as if you enter not valid value to "*(min)" filed);

Actual result: Label isn`t highlighted to red color; image

Valid value is reset if user collapse climate filters;

Steps:

  1. Go to "https://sandbox.genesys-pgr.org/a/overview/"
  2. Scroll to "Climate" filters;
  3. Enter to "Annual mean temperature [°C]" filter to "At most (max)" filed value "13";
  4. Collapse "Climate" filters;
  5. Expanded "Climate" filters;

Expected result: Entered value should be saved;

Actual result: Value is reset;
