User can`t open network details page;

Steps:

  1. Go to "https://sandbox.genesys-pgr.org/network";
  2. Click on any network;

Expected results: The network details page isn`t opened;

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
