Admin UI

genesys-server#614 introduces new API endpoints for Admin operations on the server.

This ticket is to add to the Web /admin the buttons and functions only available on http://localhost:8080/admin.

@mtishchenko @ahrybeniuk Feel free to explore and we'll revisit the implementation in January.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
