Snack bar with error isn`t shown on the "admin/requests/" page;
Steps:
- Go to "https://sandbox.genesys-pgr.org/sel";
- Add to list accession "ITC0002";
- Choose "not-internal" request;
- Enter to the field "Email" email which not register on the easy-SMTA system;
- Sent request;
- Go to "https://sandbox.genesys-pgr.org/admin/requests" as admin user;
- Click on the your request (should have status "Not validated");
- Click on the button "Validate request"/ "Recheck PID";
Expected result: Modal window with error message is shown;
