Subset and Dataset accessions

Subset and Dataset detail pages need to use the same layout for the table of accessions as AccessionBrowsePage and support pagination.

This issue extracts a AccessionTable component from AccessionListPage and uses the component to render (basic) accession table in AccessionListPage and subset/dataset details pages.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
