Autocomplete on genus

We now use a simple <input type=text for the "Genus" search. In this ticket the field is upgraed to use an Autocompleter that uses the same API endpoint as Genesys.

Note: do not use external (Bootstrap) components.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
