Select styles

We use bootstrap classes and recommend inclusion of bootstrap.min.css in the setup instructions. This, however, can mess with the layout of the host page.

The components most affected by the missing bootstrap.css are the select and autocomplete components. These two should look and work as expected even without a site-wide Bootstrap.
