Add a new toplevel module showGenesysTraits (like showGenesysUI and others). This module implements the same concepts as in genesys-ui#1008 (closed) and the corresponding MR.

The UI follows the same layout as in Genesys: select traits, apply filters, table.

Differences are:

1. Keep it simple
2. No Accordions, but keep grouping and sorting of Descriptors
3. Table uses pagination instead of auto-loading on scroll
