Error adding titles in Get_Crop_Trait_lang dataview

I got an error message (see image) adding records through Get_Crop_Trait_Lang dataview.

Attached is the log file (LogErrorGetCropTraitLangDataview.txt) and the data used(Crop_Trait_lang.xl).

Note. Adding the title and description in GG-CE Client works ok.
