Determine if TZ needed

If the seed viability does not reach the standard, it should undergo the Tz test. And those germinate and abnormal seeds actually do not need the Tetrazolium test.

Different thresholds 85%, 70%, and 50% are used for different crops. A completely new test is created, using TZ only with a smaller sample of a few seeds.

Include a column that shows 'Percent Normal' + 'Percent Abnormal' + 'Percent Tz Positive' that helps the users quickly identify those tests that do/do not require Tz testing.
