Genesys Order Status

Is it possible to add a column that indicates the status of the order coming from Genesys?

I understand that we have the column "Is received by genebank" but we would like to have a status indicating that it was received or canceled (Not processed), or in our case we have 2 instances, one for maize and one for wheat but in both we receive them all Genesys requests of our center and we would like to indicate in the status that it is from another crop and thus avoid confusion if my request has been attended to or if I still need to process it.
