Admin: OAuth enabled/disabled

Please add a <Toggle with labels "OAuth client enabled" for true and "... disabled" when false to the OAuth edit form for active: boolean.

Display active to the <Table.

@ahrybeniuk Please make sure we're clearing caches and using only active = true clients in authentication.
