Element not found https://dev-mgbapi.cimmyt.org/api/v2/app/setting

On version 2025.1.1 When the user tried to create a new Acquisition and click on save button show the message:

Could not get label templates with name INVENTORYITEM

On console return the error message:

The acquisition was created, but the page keeps freezing.

If the user clicks the 'Save' button again, the acquisition is duplicated.
