Viability test start date

support#388 (closed) started a discussion about recording and having access to the start date of a viability test. The database model has testedDate which represents the end date of the test, but does not have one for the start of test. I considered using an inventory_viability_action, but in this case it's justified to add the date next to testedDate in inventory_viability.
