Add distribution_form_code Field to the order_request_item Edit Modal

We request that the field distribution_form_code be added to the edit modal for records in the order_request_item module.

Justification: Currently, the distribution_form_code field is not visible or editable through the user interface when modifying a record. However, this field is a key property of the order_request_item entity, as it is essential for the system to correctly perform automatic deductions of the corresponding items.

The lack of this field in the edit form limits the users’ ability to make necessary adjustments and often results in manual updates directly in the database.

Purpose of the Enhancement:

• Enable editing of the distribution_form_code field directly from the edit modal.
• Allow users to make corrections without requiring database access.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the automatic deduction system.
• Improve the user experience and reduce operational errors.
