Add Informational Window in Distribution - Order Items Module with Requirements for Successful Automatic Deduction

We request the addition of an informational window or help section within the Distribution > Order Items module, listing all the fields and conditions required for the system to successfully perform an automatic deduction.
Justification: During distribution processes, we have encountered multiple cases where automatic deductions were not applied, even though all relevant flags and settings appeared to be properly configured. This has forced the team to manually investigate each case to identify the underlying issue.
A recent example revealed that, in addition to enabling the correct flags, the field quantity_on_hand_unit_code from the inventory table is also required. This requirement is not documented in the UI, and most users are unaware that it is essential for triggering the automatic deduction logic.
Purpose of the Enhancement:
- Include a tooltip, popup, or dedicated information section listing all the required fields and settings for automatic deductions to work properly.
- This information should be easily accessible or clearly visible within the Order Items module, ideally near where data is entered or edited.
- Improve the operational team's autonomy by providing the necessary guidance to avoid misconfigurations.

- Increase user understanding and transparency regarding system behavior.
- Minimize support requests and the need for technical troubleshooting.
