Enable Filtering by Attachment Type in the Distribution/Request Module

Currently, to verify if a distribution order contains specific types of attached documents (e.g., Phytosanitary Certificate, Import Document), the user must open each order individually. This manual process is inefficient and complicates the management of orders requiring specific document review.

To optimize this workflow, this ticket requests the implementation of filters based on the type of attached document. The goal is to allow users to quickly identify which orders contain the required documentation directly from the main list view.

Functional Requirements:

New Filters: Add filtering options, preferably as checkboxes, for the most relevant document types. For example:

[ ] Phytosanitary Certificate [ ] Import Document [ ] Invoice

Behavior: When one or more of these checkboxes are selected, the view should display only the orders that contain the selected document types.

Integration: The new filters must be compatible and combinable with the other existing filter options in the module.

This enhancement will allow users to locate orders with specific documentation without needing to open each record, significantly streamlining their daily management tasks.
