Improved sampStat filter

The sampStat filter now uses a simple selection of the top-level types (100, 200, 300, 400...). Some genebanks may not have some of these categories and others may use a more precise categorization (410, 420, ...). Ideally, the sampStat filter would only show the options that are applicable for the selected filter.

Genesys /filter endpoint responds with a list of suggestions which includes the numbers for sampStat. We use this in Genesys to show only the available options:

In Embedded Genesys we could use the suggestions in a similar fashion and only display sampStat options that exist.
